I believe all client's deserve the very best in service and I strongly believe that it is my responsibility to help my client's any way I can. To relieve them of stress and anxiety, and to save them money when ever the opportunity presents itself during the course of their respective real estate transactions. I figure if I have hidden talents besides the real estate knowledge and expertise that I share with my client's - I might as well use them.
The following is just a short list of what I have done to help my past clients - there is always something that needs to be done and done quickly and you never quite know what it is going to be. *While client(s) are at work – oversaw an A/C repair for them
*While client(s) are out of town – oversaw painting of premises
*While client(s) are out of town – oversaw new hot water heater install
*While client(s) are out of town – oversaw new carpet install
*While client(s) are out of town (and in middle of snow storm) – made sure driveway was shoveled, sidewalks, and steps were cleaned to make sure nobody got hurt while viewing property
*Fixed protruding sprinkler head from a ceiling – was called MacGyver by client after that one
*Helped client(s) to paint a wall back to neutral
*Helped client(s) to measure for new blinds, order blinds and hang blinds
*Picked up numerous client's that had already relocated at the airport the day before their settlement, let them stay at my house, took them to settlement the next day, and then back to the airport to get them home
*Helped client(s) fix their gas fireplace
*Helped client(s) repair loose shoe molding
*Helped client(s) to caulk
*Helped client(s) to re-grout ceramic tiles
*Helped client(s) to eliminate all kinds of ants, insects, and other pests from premises
*Helped client(s) by always checking on their properties while they are vacant or while the client’s are on vacation to give them complete peace of mind
*Helped client's who want to do or need to do cosmetic renovations on their properties in order to help their properties sell shop from everything from a to z
*Oversaw crown molding install
*Oversaw chair rail install
*Oversaw granite countertops install
*Oversaw new kitchen appliance’s install
*Oversaw new washer/dryer install
*Oversaw new baseboard install
*Oversaw well pressure tank install
*Looked over septic tank repairs
*When a well was found to have bacteria, oversaw the chlorination of the well to kill the bacteria and then spent the weekend at the vacant property (clients were out of state) to completely flush the system so a new water test could take place - needless to say, the new water test passed.
* Would have to go through all my files to remember the rest (no time to do this now as current clients need help), but the list does go on and on and on…………
